Appeal for Hiroshima Masjid

"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing." Al Baqarah : 261
"When a person dies, his good deeds cease except for three: 1 - Deeds of continuous Sadaqa (Sadaqa Jariyah e.g. orphan home, a well for giving water to drink, building a mosque) 2- Ilm Naafiya (beneficial knowledge) , 3- Al walad as-Saalih (a righteous son or daughter who supplicates to Allah (SWT) on his behalf)"

For more than 15 years, Muslim in Hiroshima through HICC have been dreaming of building a Masjid. For now, we are renting a house for Yen 55,000 to establish a temporary Masjid and Islamic Center. Alhamdulillah, after searching for a place to establish a MASJID for almost 15 years, we finally with the help from ALLAH won an auction to buy a 5 storeys building in Higashi Hiroshima City about 3km from Hiroshima University for 42 million Yen. We believe this is the best place for us to establish our MASJID, with the support of all Muslim in Hiroshima and all over Japan and with full confidence that this campaign will get support from muslim in Japan and around the globe.
We already paid an amount of 7 Million Yen as deposit and need to pay the full amount on 25 November 2011. Now we are still searching another 22 million Yen within the time limit. We also believe that the amount of Yen 22 million is achiveable with the support from all brothers and sisters in Islam. As for that, we humbly ask for your donation to help us establishing 1st ever MASJID in HIROSHIMA.
